Showers will continue to move in overnight, but it looks like (at least until daylight) the lightning will stay offshore. If they need to keep her dry while moving - that doesn't bode well. But if the requirements are just no lightning, then they should be okay...

They are going for an 8am rollover, as per L2. Everything is in place. Leak tests were successful and Discovery is on the OTS.

Will write up status ahead of rollover.

Plenty of small rain showers offshore, nothing major, and most seem to be dissipating as they approach the coast...

NASA TV never covers the rollover unless it just happen to occur during the daily ISS commentary hour that runs from 11 am to 12 pm Eastern time Monday-Friday. The best we can hope for is that some good VAB or other facility camera shows up either here: http://webcams.ksc.nasa.gov/ImgCap/default.htm or here: http://science.ksc.nasa.gov/shuttle/countdown/video/

She's not left the OPF yet. Won't be for a while, is the latest I'm hearing. They'll try around midday. Weather is the problem.

Armageddon flashback!

"This is the team set to go up to the asteriod.

"What? You've entrusted this mission to these boy scouts. I'm sure they know how to be great astronauts, but they know jack about drilling" ;)

or

"You're the first civilians to see her. She and her sister ship out at Vandenberg (yeah right) are in launch preps. We call her the X-71".

Best estimate is for first motion about noon-ish (eastern time).

That scene was actually shot inside the VAB transfer aisle.

Any word of motion?  Or are they holding off for weather?  (Saw some rain at LC-39A, but that's 3 miles or so away...)
