I think this was taken 30 mins ago. Wind ENE. Cloud could be a good reason - hard to tell when it's 30 mins ago.

Confirmed: T-10m and holding. Hold is not built in, it's for some reason (cloud, or unconfirmed.)

Re-fill of the LOX tank is in progress. T-10m and holding for weather...which they have now confirmed.
