According to
http://www.wunderground.com radar, the clouds near Jacksonville do top out above 15k feet, but are mostly offshore. To see this info, click the left edge of a radar map and select "Echo Tops".
I'll be out biking around Orlando, but I doubt I'll see anything with all this fog hanging around.

Per Al Stern @ InsideKSC - NASA932 is direct SLF runway 15, and the carrier will overfly Patrick AFB on its way up the beach.

If you look at the log - when it gets hit by alternating radars it may show brief glitches, especially while descending.

There is no way that within a minute it dropped and rose a few thousand feet ;>
