So is P6 cleared of S4? Can S4 and SARJ be activated?
S4 is already active and generating power. It's not tracking the sun however. And they are below the 19.5 bay limit for SARJ rotation, they're at 16 bays currently.

I think they are about three to five bays short. Waiting for someone to confirm.
Megan McArthur called up to CJ a little while ago while they were retracting to let them know that they won't be able to start the SARJ today even if they get inside the clearance threshhold.

Okay, that loss of KU tells me that we were on KU through TDRS-Z handing over now to TDRS-West and as I said earlier expect little KU for a while as complex moves northeast under TDRS-West location at the equator over the central Pacific ocean. As the complex moves northeast, KU coverage will improve again, now receiving S-band video stills through West while in blockage for KU. Sunrise occurring now!

We are approaching orbital noon on this pass, (sun is directly overhead the complex), should have good KU for next 20 - 25 minutes or so, with some periods of blockage possible, next sunset is at 5:36 PM EDT (10:36 PM GMT), ZOE occurs at 5:47 PM EDT (10:47 PM GMT) and it lasts for 13 - 14 minutes on this pass.

While our spacewalkers are making their move to the S3 for the rest of today's work. The sun heats up a greatly retracted array. Over quite a few orbits it will get better for retracting on EVA3.
