Good morning Atlantis! Great to see her out in the sunlight again! The tank looks great. Just some little specks. The only really noticable area is on the left-hand side of tanke towards the top where they basically have a 'blanket' of new foam. Congrats to everyone who helped get that baby fixed! You made it possible for this rollout to take place today. Great job and go Atlantis!

That flag appears to be on a single story pole by the gateshack.
Flags at Half Staff. The flags of the United States are flying at half staff at the Kennedy Space Center today, May 15, in compliance with a proclamation of the President recognizing the joint resolution approved October 1, 1962, as amended, (76 Stat.676), authorizing and requesting the President to designate May 15 of each year as "Peace Officers Memorial Day" and the week in which it falls as "Police Week," and by Public Law 103-322, as amended, (36 U.S.C. 136), which directed that the flag be flown at half staff on Peace Officers Memorial Day

Does anyone have any close ups of the 'speckled' tank? It's just a bit hard to see with these NASA TV screenshots.

Can anyone confirm that crawler is not rolling and it's in the launch place at the pad?

It's not hard down yet. That should be in about 40 minutes or so.

Beanie Cap and Orbiter Access Arm extended
EDIT: Sweet! It worked! By the way, whats the proper way of saying that the above arms have been put in position, something tells me that extended isnt the right word. Also, another webcam site for the complex:
