L-1 MMT Meeting Overview Presentation now on L2. Leroy - and a number of others - give their views on the MLS issue. Will quote some of it for another article.
PRSD is apparently getting a waiver (see article - reference leaks).
No word yet from the OPO meeting on the MLS (might still be ongoing.) -

What worries me is the purity of the oxidizer.. etc on the loading side of the picture... MLS -- think GPS will resolve any real issues.. vs LCC

I get the impression the OPO meeting will decide and they'll press ahead with Friday. They are -as you probably know Sir - historical on the MLS, probably to shore up flight rationale. -
