Yes that is basically correct, they can slip the PRSD load (power reactant and storage distribution system) for the fuel cells a few hours and still stay on schedule (that is why there are plenty of holds in the countdown, to catch up on work performed or running late). Tomorrow (Thursday) there is a large hold of 13 hours, 42 minutes in the countdown at T-11 hour mark starting at 1 PM EDT, this will allow the launch team to catch up with any late work or problems that pop up after the PRSD load finishes early Thursday morning (around 2 - 3 AM EDT).

CAPE CANAVERAL AIR FORCE STATION, Fla. – The attached map shows the
Eastern Range's Launch Hazard Area (LHA) for the scheduled launch of
space shuttle mission STS-117 on Friday, June 8, 2007. The preferred
launch time is 7:38 p.m. (EDT).
For their safety, mariners are asked to remain clear of the LHA
from 5 p.m. through 9:15 p.m. (EDT). The exact coordinates of the LHA
are shown on the attached map.
Persons entering this zone while it's an active launch area
should be aware that penalties are authorized to punish violators.
In accordance with Title 33 CFR 165.20, United States Code, Section
1225, the maximum civil penalty is up to $50,000.

They cancelled a planned changeout, but I'm waiting for the mornings integration report before doing an article...most of which will be from the late night MMT presentation, which is blooming marvelous. (all on L2).

L-1 Countdown status briefing conference is done, all looks good for launch tomorrow. Just watching weather, although nothing seems to be an issue so far.
