As per L2:
Constraint Status: CAT I: 0 CAT II: 76 (down from 105 on Monday).
CAT I's are show stoppers. CAT II are IPRs etc. We'll update this tomorrow.

Those are noted on L2 -- not sure if they've finished discussions, since the L-2 review is still upcoming this afternoon.
Edit: we'll probably find out afterwards about whether the PRSD load was held up -- it will depend on what the weather is like when they get there in the timeline...I didn't catch what Kathy Winters said about possible lightning advisories later today, but that's part of what held up some of the loads during the summer launch counts last year...

If they got any Phse 2's prior to starting PRSD load activties, they would stop. If they got any Phase's during the loadings, they would not stop the loadings.

No resolution via pre-brief, now being debated by MMT.
Flight rationale is always favorite. The flip side is a delay of several days. We're following.

Any reason for the delay? Catching up on timeline?
Thanks.
