The STS-117 television schedule is now available at http://www.nasa.gov/multimedia/nasatv/mission_schedule.html
Were you able to get the PDF from the links on that page? They didn't work for me. I got the PDF, but I had to deduce the URL...they are following conventions and it's Rev. 0 (zero).
(Edit to fix display of quoted link)

Links for XLS and PDF files on that page are generated by javascript, so they would not work if your browser has javascript disabled.
Possibly browser ID issues...Firefox 2.0.0.4 runs to a different link (Rev. H -- probably the last rev from 116). Just checked MSIE 7.0 and it runs to the Rev. 0 links.

Are we still looking at a 4 day launch window followed by stand-down in favor of the Atlas rocket on the 14th?

Are we still looking at a 4 day launch window followed by stand-down in favor of the Atlas rocket on the 14th?
Yes. That hasn't changed. As long as the Atlas remains on the Range, they have to stand down until the Atlas either launches or exhausts both its tries.

I heard about this in late May when they began stacking the 118 booster segments. Could this be why SRB stacking was pushed back a few days? However, it's good to know that they have a plan to continue all operations and keep the shuttles flying. The last thing we need is a strike by the workers to ground our space program.

The strike won't impact STS-117 will it?

According the artical that Chris wrote up, the workers said that this will not affect the launch of Atlantis.

It seems like Chris is right though - it could affect LON, which would affect 117, I think.

After reading that article - thanks Chris - the way the statements were worded would seem to indicate that USA would have a plan to cover LON, would that indeed be the case?

But if it has to ground our space program, so be it. It worries me when I hear USA is planning on striking with just six days before a launch. I read Chris's article though and I guess I'm reassured by the fact that the workers in question don't affect the launch itself.
