Not sure yet if it's a major issue. I also don't know if it's in one of the OMS pods or the Reaction Control System.
... or in the pad connection(s) or fueling hardware (seeing as the post doesn't specifically mention a leak originating within the orbiter itself).

They are not uncommon and a day's delay won't be a problem, as that was saved via the rollout a day earlier.

Judging from FlightStar's and Davie_OPF's replies, it was a very minor thing that has now been solved and is hardly worth mentioning.
