http://www.sea-launch.com/news_releases/nr_070322.html

"Long Beach, Calif., March 22, 2007 – Sea Launch Company has entered into an agreement with SES to use the Land Launch vehicle, initially slated to launch the AMC-21 communications satellite, for the launch of another, yet to be determined, satellite of the SES group, planned in the mid-2009 time-frame."

Well, sorta.  AMC-21 was supposed to fly on Land Launch inn the middle of next year, but moved to Ariane 5 in the wake of the recent Sea Launch failure.  This just means that Sea Launch hasn't completely lost the contract.

Like most large satellite fleet operators, SES usually doesn't rescind launch contracts. they keep them, sometimes for years, for future use.

... and SES has already a satellite ordered, which is suitable to fly on Land Launch: The Orbital built NSS-9 has about the same properties as AMC-21.
