When is todays press conference? I heard yesterday the SRBs are back now and they are reviewing the footage.
Here's a link on Bill Harwood's site:
http://www.cbsnews.com/network/news/space/currentglance.html#TVSKEDEdit: again, note that the times on these schedules can change
without notice during shuttle missions.

Did today's Video File show the booster camera footage? I was at work, so I am not sure if it was shown yet.

As far as I saw, not today. You'll probably get some screen grabs if/when it is shown in the "live" flight day thread.

John, did you happen to catch Griffin's press conference on "NASA" in general today? I was stuck at work (not allowed to stream). I'd love to see it!

Problem is, a NASA-dedicated "All Hands" meeting isn't necessarily a 'press conference', but meant as a NASA-internal meeting (management/employees/contractors).
Not to imply that it shouldn't be available to the public at large at some point, but as an internal meeting, that doesn't necessarily mean it should be broadcast live around the world on public channels or the internet.

No - but you won't find it announced in the video thread regardless...
