A presentation shown today during a press briefing showed this launch as NET Q4, with recent articles placing the launch NET December after the launch of GaganYaan-G1

We started Gaganyaan in 2018, but it got delayed because of Covid. The first uncrewed mission of that project is being planned for liftoff before this December. For next year, there are two more uncrewed missions, followed by a crewed mission in the first quarter of 2027. Then comes the Navigation-03 satellite.

[...]

We have approval for three navigation satellites, with the first to be launched in December-January. Further project approvals are in the pipeline.

Appears that as of November, this was targeting Q1 2026 but is now mid-2026. It also seems that GISAT-1A is now flying on F17 which will probably push this to F18 or 19.

“Again, ISRO will use LVM3-M5 vehicle to place a commercial communication satellite for a private client. Three PSLV missions are planned for placing the satellites soon. A technology development mission PSLV-N1 and GSLV-F17 mission will also be launched by the end of this financial year,” he said, revealing various developments that are taking place at SDSC SHAR.

Isro preps for Gisat-1A launch, sat expected to reach spaceport soon [Feb. 6]

Quote
The space agency has already issued a Notice To Airmen (Notam), which is mandatory for any launch, with a window of Feb 20 to March 5. Notam for the GSLV-F17 mission, which will launch Gisat-1A, as with any space launch, is indicative and could be changed.

The launch campaign for GSAT-1A seems to have gone completely silent. Hope there are no major issues
