Rocket launch trajectory maps

I live on the central US east coast. Every once in a while I see locals posting they saw something unusual in the sky, which sometimes turns out to be a rocket launched from FL.
The problem is I always see or hear about this after the fact. I'd love to be able to know which way a rocket is supposed to be headed before it leaves the pad so I can go out and look myself.

Is there somewhere I'm overlooking maybe that shows a rocket's planned trajectory? Not tracking data after/during a launch, but beforehand. It would be great if it was a literal line on a globe but I understand if thats asking too much!

For each mission, we have a thread here in this forum, and the hazard avoidance zone that is made public will tell us which way it's going to launch.  Pick any rocket mission here and you should see the map (or maybe an arcane table of lat-long coordinates) posted in the thread a few days before launch.

Get NSF "Next Spaceflight" phone app and that will tell you the launch azimuth as well.

But that's only good for the first few minutes after launch.
