Near-term Vandenberg Falcon 9 schedule (SLC-4E), UTC:

SPHEREx + PUNCH (x4)  Mar 1  LZ-4

Transporter-13                  Mar 4  LZ-4

The following launch could be NROL-57, the 8th Future Proliferated Architecture constellation of Starshield satellites.

Or, it could be another Starlink group launch: 9 or 11 or 15.

The launch has reappeared on CADENA OIS for a NET March 22 launch date:

Near-term Vandenberg Falcon 9 schedule (UTC):
SPHEREx + PUNCH  Mar 12  LZ-4  ✅️

Transporter-13          Mar 15  LZ-4

NROL-57                     Mar 19  LZ-4

Starlink 11-7              Mar 22  OCISLY

Which first stage will be used for this launch?  (semi-rhetorical question)

Falcon 9 first stages are now cleared for use up to forty times for non-human spaceflight missions, although that number is apparently more restricted for Cargo Dragon and Cygnus than these other payloads.

Available first stages, with UTC date of most recent recovery:
1081.13  Dec 5    Transporter-13
1088.3    Jan 14  SPHEREx
1063.24  Jan 24
1075.18  Feb 1
1071.24  Feb 11
1082.12  Feb 23
1088.4    Mar 12  NROL-57

Speculation: B1091 may have been delivered to Vandenberg, as B1092 was delivered to Florida.

Edit March 25: It's B1063.24.

Discrepancy between SpaceX announcement launch time and CelesTrak primary launch window.
https://www.spacex.com/launches/mission/?missionId=sl-11-7
Quote
SpaceX is targeting Wednesday, March 26 for a Falcon 9 launch of 27 Starlink satellites to low-Earth orbit from Space Launch Complex 4 East (SLC-4E) at Vandenberg Space Force Base in California. Liftoff is targeted for 3:00 p.m. PT, with backup opportunities available until 7:00 p.m. PT. If needed, additional launch opportunities are also available on Thursday, March 27 starting 3:00 p.m. PT.

A live webcast of this mission will begin about five minutes prior to liftoff, which you can watch here and on X @SpaceX. You can also watch the webcast on the new X TV app.

This is the 24th flight for the first stage booster supporting this mission, which previously launched Sentinel-6 Michael Freilich, DART, Transporter-7, Iridium OneWeb, SDA-0B, NROL-113, NROL-167, NROL-149, and 15 Starlink missions. Following stage separation, the first stage will land on the Of Course I Still Love You droneship, which will be stationed in the Pacific Ocean.

There is the possibility that residents of Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo, and Ventura counties may hear one or more sonic booms during the launch, but what residents experience will depend on weather and other conditions.

With this launch, B1063 officially becomes the Falcon booster with the longest operational lifetime, with liftoff scheduled 1586 days after its 2020 debut. The previous record-holder was B1049, which launched its 11th and final launch in 2022, 1534 days after its 2018 debut.
