Ben Cooper's Launch Photography Viewing Guide, updated December 11:
Quote
The next SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket will launch the next GPS satellite for the U.S. Space Force from pad 40 on December 13 at 8:04 p.m. EST. A Falcon 9 will launch the next pair of O3b mPOWER satellites for SES from pad 39A on December 15 at 3:58-5:58 p.m. EST. A Falcon 9 will launch the Astranis MicroGEO mission from pad 40 on December 17 in the evening EST. A Falcon 9 will launch the Thuraya 4-NGS communication satellite for the UAE on December. Upcoming launches include more Starlink batches. A Falcon 9 will launch Firefly's Blue Ghost lunar lander to the moon on mid-January.

More Starlink batches after the Florida December commercial and government clients are served, and Starlink 12-2!

Launch would be NET late December, working around FAA holiday season commercial aviation demands.  Also, hopefully SpaceX'ers and others working the Eastern Range would have a day off for a very merry Christmas.

I think this NGA Rocket Launching is for this launch. The hazard zone times are not typical for a Starlink launch, but the locations look more like Starlink than like Thuraya 4-NGS.

Next Spaceflight has it as Group 12-3 from SLC-40, although I haven't been able to nail down a concrete source for that yet.

A Falcon 9 will launch the Firefly Blue Ghost & second Japanese iSpace HAKUTO-R lunar lander to the moon on mid-January TBA.

One more Starlink batch before New Year's, after the Florida December commercial and government clients are served!

Also, this is likely to be the last SpaceX and USA orbital launch of 2024.

Which first stage will be used for this launch? (semi-rhetorical question)

Falcon 9 first stages are now cleared for use up to forty times for non-crewed launches, although that number is apparently more restricted for Cargo Dragon or Cygnus than these other payloads.

Available first stages, with UTC date of most recent recovery:
1072.2    Jun 25
1069.21  Nov 21
1076.20  Dec 5     Starlink 12-7
1090.2    Dec 17
1078.17  Dec 31
1073.21  Jan 4    (Spainsat-NG I expended?)
1077.18  Jan 6
1086.4    Jan 8    WorldView Legion Flight 3
1067.25  Jan 10  (Spainsat-NG I expended?)
1080.16  Jan 13
1085.6    Jan 15
1083.9    Jan 21  (maybe)

Edit February 1: It's B1069.21, skipping B1072.2.  I suspect this booster was assigned to Starlink 12-3 when it was scheduled to launch December 30, then held for this until rescheduled one month later.

SpaceX is targeting Monday, February 3 for a Falcon 9 launch of 21 Starlink satellites, including 13 with Direct to Cell capabilities, to low-Earth orbit from Space Launch Complex 40 (SLC-40) at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida. Liftoff is targeted for 3:54 a.m. ET, with backup opportunities available until 7:54 a.m. ET. If needed, additional launch opportunities are also available Tuesday, February 4 starting at 3:26 a.m. ET.

A live webcast of this mission will begin about five minutes prior to liftoff, which you can watch here and on X @SpaceX. You can also watch the webcast on the new X TV app.

This is the 21st flight for the first stage booster supporting this mission, which previously launched OneWeb 1, SES 18+19, Eutelsat HOTBIRD-F1, CRS-24, and 16 Starlink missions. Following stage separation, the first stage will land on the Just Read the Instructions droneship, which will be stationed in the Atlantic Ocean.
