The CZ-5B will be launched this year.

The reference you quoted does not state when CZ-5B will launch. It could be next year.

The CZ-5B will be launched this year.

The reference you quoted does not state when CZ-5B will launch. It could be next year.

Indeed, but the other 3 launches listed (CZ-7 for Tianzhou 7 NET November 15, CZ-8 - first from Wenchang's commercial launch complexes with G60/Qianfan sats NET December, CZ-12 first flight before end of year) are all planned before 2024 ends so I wouldn't be surprised this one is too.

Regarding the payload, this may be the GuoWang/SatNet LEO comsats launch on a CZ-5B with upper stage that has been floating around for at least a year. Hopefully there will be public clues soon.

CZ-5 familly hardware and payload transport vehicles were seen arriving at Wenchang on November 1 (source: Douyin video).

The CZ-5B will be launched this year.

The reference you quoted does not state when CZ-5B will launch. It could be next year.

Based on the timeline of the launch campaign of previous launches (as little as 7 weeks from delivery to launch for Chang'e 6, average closer to a bit under 2 months), this could be compatible with a launch as soon as the 2nd half of December.

While we cannot be sure if it'll make the calendar year, it is highly likely that they are targeting a launch before the Chinese New Year based on this delivery alone.

I'm curious what orbit the core stage will enter considering there is a YZ-2 upper stage on this CZ-5B.

The CZ-5B can launch about 25ton, and GW x 18 is about 8ton, so I guest this time will be launched about 54 GW sats.

Guowang satellites may be at least 600kg. 54 seems too high.  Also CZ-5B launches less than 25 tons to a Polar orbit. 36 may be more realistic.
Are the specs of the YZ-2 upper stage known?
