The next SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket will launch a Starlink batch from pad 40 on October 22 at 6:52-10:14 p.m. EDT. A Falcon 9 will launch a Starlink batch from pad 40 on October 26 at 5:47-9:47 p.m. EDT. Upcoming launches include more Starlink batches from pad 40. A Falcon 9 will launch the CRS-31 Cargo Dragon resupply mission to the ISS from pad 39A on November 1 earliest, at 11:40 p.m. EDT. The first stage will land back at the Cape about eight minutes after launch. Upcoming launches include more Starlink batches from pad 40. A Falcon 9 will launch the Koreasat 6A communication satellite from pad 40 on early November.

There appears to be time for one more Starlink launch from SLC-40, circa October 30/31.  Launch could slip into earliest November with delays to Starlink 6-61 (Oct 23 22, ASOG) and/or Starlink 10-8 (Oct 26, JRTI).

Assuming that the ASDS turnaround continues alternating between JRTI and ASOG, it should be ASOG.

Note also that, barring schedule delays, SpaceX may launch one or more Starlink clusters from SLC-40 before Koreasat 6A.

NGA Rocket Launching notice (expected launch window 21:10-01:10 UTC).
Launch is to the northeast.  Maybe not Group 6, if and only if SpaceX chooses to launch immediate future Group 6 launches to the southeast.

Which first stage will be used for this launch? (semi-rhetorical question)

Falcon 9 first stages are now cleared for use up to forty times for non-crewed launches, although that number is apparently more restricted for Cargo Dragon or Cygnus than these other payloads.

1072.2 and 1086.2 are being converted to "single-sticks" after their recovery as the Falcon Heavy side boosters from the GOES-U launch.  We have not yet seen them in their new role.

Available first stages, with UTC date of most recent recovery:
1072.2    Jun 25   (maybe)
1086.2    Jun 25   (maybe)
1069.19  Aug 31  Starlink 10-8
1077.16  Sep 5
1083.5    Sep 10   (doubtful due to young age, perhaps reserved for SpX-31?)
1078.14  Sep 12
1067.23  Sep 17
1085.3    Sep 28   (doubtful due to young age)

Edit October 30: It's B1078.14, skipping over B1072.2, B1086.2, and 1077.16.

SpaceX is targeting Wednesday, October 30 for a Falcon 9 launch of 23 Starlink satellites to low-Earth orbit from Space Launch Complex 40 (SLC-40) at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida. Liftoff is targeted for 5:10 p.m. ET, with backup opportunities available until 9:08 p.m. PT. If needed, additional opportunities are also available on Thursday, October 31 starting at 5:07 p.m. ET.

A live webcast of this mission will begin about five minutes prior to liftoff, which you can watch here and on X @SpaceX. You can also watch the webcast on the new X TV app.

This is the 14th flight for the first stage booster supporting this mission, which previously launched mPOWER-B, BlueBird-1, Crew-6, USSF-124, and nine Starlink missions. Following stage separation, the first stage will land on the A Shortfall of Gravitas droneship, which will be stationed in the Atlantic Ocean.
