A new listing; NextSpaceflight:
Launch 24 October, 17:15 UTC
= 10:15 am PDT

There should be notice from the NGA.

What if the next Vandenberg Falcon 9 launch after OneWeb Flight 20 on October 20 UTC is not Starlink 11-2?

We saw the first and only Group 11 launch on August 4.  What if Group 9 launches now have the priority?

Or, the fourth SDA Starshield launch is next.

And, so it is.

Which first stage will be used for this launch?  (semi-rhetorical question)

Falcon 9 first stages are now cleared for use up to forty times for non-human spaceflight missions, although that number is apparently more restricted for Cargo Dragon and Cygnus than these other payloads.

Available first stages, with UTC date of most recent recovery:
1063.21  Sep 6
1075.14   Sep 20
1081.11   Sep 25

Edit October 23: It's B1063.21.

NGA Space Debris notice.

NGA Space Debris notice that is effectively a Rocket Launching notice.

Maps from the NGA notices. Continuing the trend of separate areas for ASDS and fairing half recovery: ASDS 600km downrange and fairing halves 735km downrange.

SpaceX is targeting Thursday, October 24 for a Falcon 9 launch of the NROL-167 mission from Space Launch Complex 4 East (SLC-4E) at Vandenberg Space Force Base in California. Liftoff is targeted for 10:13 a.m. PT. If needed, a backup opportunity is available on Friday, October 25 at 9:59 a.m. PT.

A live webcast of this mission will begin about ten minutes prior to liftoff, which you can watch here and on X @SpaceX. You can also watch the webcast on the new X TV app.

This is the 21st flight for the first stage booster supporting this mission, which previously launched NROL-113, Sentinel-6 Michael Freilich, DART, Transporter-7, Iridium OneWeb, SDA-0B, and 14 Starlink missions. Following stage separation, the first stage will land on the Of Course I Still Love You droneship, which will be stationed in the Pacific Ocean.

Its the NRO patch, (also reused for NROL 113, 146 and 186).

The emblem's blue circles artistically depict a proliferated constellation of satellites, reflecting the new paradigm for assets the NRO is putting on orbit. The constellation design also suggests an eye's iris, reflecting the NRO's reconnaissance mission – seeing Earth from the perspective of stars. Additional design elements include the limitless horizon and the path to orbit with a four-point star. The tagline, "Strength in Numbers," describes the NRO's new strategy of a proliferated overhead architecture – numerous, smaller satellites designed for capability and resilience.

Launch Roundup: SpaceX approaches 400th orbital flight; Blue Origin, China, Japan launch missions
written by Martin Smith October 21, 2024

[…]

There are two planned Starlink missions out of Cape Canaveral atop a SpaceX Falcon 9 on Wednesday and Saturday from the same pad. Falcon 9 will also fly a classified mission for the National Reconnaissance Office from the West coast.

SpaceX has picked up its cadence following Falcon 9’s recent return-to-flight and is quickly approaching its 400th orbital mission. The company began the week at 398 total missions, following the launch of the OneWeb #20 mission from California. If schedules hold, the company will reach its 400th orbital flight with the NROL-167 mission out of Vandenberg this week.
