Man I do feel bad for I-Space I wonder if it would be better if they go Landspace route where after failing their first solid fuel rocket they invest most of their resource in liquid fuel rocket.

I feel like that is better than having investor loosing confident after so many failure

It's an interesting idea, but it needs more funds to achieve. I-Space is not as good at financing as landspace

What is the source of the information about the launch failure and also about the payloads that were on board?

I guess so. It seems despite all the failure, they still have enough resource to continue develop Hyperbola-3.

So I feel like if they give up on solid fuel rocket early they could use their title of first private Chinese company to reach orbit as well as attracting more investor through showing their plan for resuable rocket more and more. All of this without building negative connotetation consecutive failure and low success rate they end up having by sticking with their solid fuel rocket.

Though I guess this can only be said since we have the hinsight.

It's a great idea, but the actual situation is more complicated. Due to limited demand, the Chinese market actually lacks interest in faclon9-level rockets before the GUOWANG project. You can see that all these rocket projects are designed for satellite Internet projects after the GUOWANG project is confirmed. Therefore, it is normal to work hard on solid rockets.

In May, Yunyao 15 through 17 were planned for sea launch from Shandong/Haiyang.
The Jiuquan launch topic was https://forum.nasaspaceflight.com/index.php?topic=61074.0 BTW.
