Is there a difference between the window and launch opportunity times (which have to be within the window)? Those two sound like launch opportunity times?
(but I am probably talking rubbish so feel free to continue to correct me.) -

The NGA has created two new multi-launch Space Debris notices (the same notice for two different Navigational Areas), then canceled the old ones that ended at the end of May.
The new ones still start on April 27, the day that the old ones started, but run just through June 4, which covers all of this launch, but does not cover all of 6-64.Quote from: NGA271234Z MAY 24

The marine hazard period and the FAA ATCSCC COPA hazard period are 11:30-16:01 UTC.
The FAA TFR hazard period is 11:20-15:53 UTC.
There is no conflict between any of these facts.
Edit: Well, there's a little conflict in the FAA hazard periods, but there's no conflict between the launch window and any of the hazard periods. -
