The second pair of these notices is probably for this launch ...

Here are two pairs of NGA Space Debris notices (each pair has the same notice for two different Navigational Areas). Neither one exactly matches this launch.

The NGA Rocket Launching notice is for April 17 to April 23, as are the S2 NOTAMs posted by Galactic Penguin SST.

One pair of the Space Debris notices is for April 16 to April 24; the other pair is for April 17 to April 26.

We do have (at least one more) Starlink launch before the Galileo pair--this launch.
Ben Cooper's Launch Photography Viewing Guide; updated April 11; my bold:
Quote
The next SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket will launch a Starlink batch from pad 40 on April 12 very earliest at 9:22 p.m. to 12:48 a.m. EDT. A Falcon 9 will launch a Starlink batch from pad 39A on April 17 at 5:24-9:24 p.m. EDT. Upcoming launches include more Starlink batches. A Falcon 9 will launch two Galileo navigation system satellites for Europe on late April. Upcoming launches include more Starlink batches.

Starlink 6-51 launches from KSC LC-39A ~25 hours before this launch, with JRTI as the first stage landing platform; so this launch will most likely be from CCSFS SLC-40 and using ASOG.

Edit/add; my bold:

Further updated April 13 morning hours EDT (several hours later):

Last East coast droneship uses:
10 April 6-48 JRTI
13 April 6-49 ASOG

Planned launches where droneship would normally be expected
17 April 6-51
18 April 6-52

10th to 17th may be possible. However, 13th to 18th seems fast.

Should we assume a delay is likely? or Drop off booster in Bahamas? or expendable? or ?

Yes on West coast where POLB is south of VSFB. But have they done it on East coast?

(It was early on 13th 01:40 UTC to planned late on 18th 22:40 so perhaps it is possible?)

Just recently. 5 days and 2 hours between Starlink 6-45 and 6-46, both landing on ASOG.

Which first stage will be used for this launch?
(semi-rhetorical question)

Falcon 9 first stages are now apparently cleared for use up to twenty times for non-crewed launches, although that number is apparently more restricted for Cargo Dragon or Cygnus than these other payloads.

1064.6 and 1065.6 are the Falcon Heavy side boosters for Europa Clipper.  1072.1 and 1086.1 are assigned as the Falcon Heavy side boosters for GOES-U.

1073.15 and 1076.13 may undergo modifications to become Falcon Heavy side boosters for a future launch, but both are currently available for "single-stick" launches.

Available first stages, with UTC date of most recent recovery:
1077.12  Mar 10 Starlink 6-51
1080.7    Mar 21
1060.20  Mar 24 Galileo-FOC Flight 12
1078.9    Mar 25
1076.13  Mar 30 (maybe)
1067.19  Mar 31 (maybe)

Possibility B1060.20?:
Another F9 (either 1060 or 1061) will fly for the 20th time next week.

May there be many boosters hitting 20 or 30 or 50, with an unbroken success streak. Kudos to the team!

Another one next week!

Edit April 18: It's B1080.7.

No, the feed cut off because twitter is very suboptimal (to say it in nice words) for livestreams and breaks down very easily.

The FCC permits not being granted are the least of concerns, SpaceX has a general FCC permit that already covers all the missions it does like this one.

As I pointed out on the Starlink 6-53's thread, the FCC permit for that mission was withdrawn by SpaceX itself even though it is clearly being planned for next week so the FCC permits don't matter anymore.

That was originally issued back in November.  Yet they have continued to manually apply for each individual commercial launch since?  I was under the impression that it was for NROL/USSF launches...  But, I am probably wrong.
