I finally received the NGA Space Debris notice that is effectively a Rocket Launching notice.

Maps from the combined NOTAMs and NGA notices. The NGA ASDS area is smaller, the second stage splashdown area is larger.

SpaceX is targeting Wednesday, February 14 for a Falcon 9 launch of 22 Starlink satellites to low-Earth orbit from Space Launch Complex 4 East (SLC-4E) at Vandenberg Space Force Base in California. Liftoff is targeted for 4:30 p.m. PT, with backup opportunities available until 5:54 p.m. PT. If needed, additional opportunities are also available on Thursday, February 15 starting at 1:34 p.m. PT.

A live webcast of this mission will begin on X @SpaceX about five minutes prior to liftoff. Watch live.

This is the second flight for the first stage booster supporting this mission, which previously launched one Starlink mission (=B1082-2). Following stage separation, the first stage will land on the Of Course I Still Love You droneship, which will be stationed in the Pacific Ocean.

Man, they’ve had a rough run of scrubs on the west coast.
Starship, Vulcan and Ariane 6 have all reached orbit.  New Glenn, well we are waiting!

Should be the 300th Falcon 9 launch if it doesn't slip behind another Falcon 9!  Would be the 299th orbital launch attempt.
