I think it's more likely to be a small solid fuel based launcher instead, probably either the KZ-1A or CZ-11.

记者从中国科学院获悉，2023年11月23日18时00分04秒，我国在西昌卫星发射中心使用长征二号丁运载火箭及远征三号上面级成功将卫星互联网技术试验卫星发射升空，卫星顺利进入预定轨道，发射任务取得圆满成功。卫星互联网技术试验卫星由中国科学院微小卫星创新研究院（上海微小卫星工程中心）抓总研制。
The reporter learned from the Chinese Academy of Sciences that at 18:00:04 on November 23, 2023, my country successfully launched the satellite Internet technology test satellite from the Xichang Satellite Launch Center using the Long March 2D carrier rocket and the Yuanzheng 3 upper stage. It entered the scheduled orbit smoothly and the launch mission was a complete success. The satellite Internet technology test satellite is developed by the Microsatellite Innovation Institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (Shanghai Microsatellite Engineering Center).
