Thread for the Starlink Group 7-6 launch.

Launch 29 October 2023, at 09:00:00 UTC (2:00 am PDT), from Vandenberg SFB SLC-4E, on booster 1075-7.  The first stage will land aboard Of Course I Still Love You.

Payload 22 Starlink V2 Mini satellites to 53 degree inclination orbit on a southeastern trajectory, no dogleg.  Initial orbit 286 x 296 km.

Launch October 27, with pad and OCISLY turnarounds in play, with further efficiencies of both required.

If this happens, it would be just under a 6d turnaround at SLC-4E, potentially indicating an acceleration of operations out west.  Limiting factor would likely be OCISLY turnaround which is faster than JRTI/ASOG, only needing to depart PoLB ~2.2d to 2.4d before launch, and returning ~2.3d to 2.5d after launch.  Shortest time in port is 2.3d (between SL 2-9 & Iridium 9/OneWeb 19).  Port turnaround would need to be faster.

Which first stage will be used for this launch?  (semi-rhetorical question)

The May 16 press briefing revealed Falcon 9 first stages are now cleared for use up to twenty times for Starlink launches.

Available first stages, with UTC date of most recent recovery:
1071.12   Sep 12
1075.7     Sep 25

Edit October 28: It's B1075.7, passing over B1071.12.

Also, yes, 22 satellites.  Perhaps this is why the older available first stage was not selected?
