There's a lot of information from the re-baselining of the mission PRCB Re-baseline STS-120 (ISS-10A) in the FDRD Presentation (on L2), which I'm including in this article....and thus there's a few images I'm adding in full size here:

According to Wikipedia's entry for STS-123, he's slated for that mission.  Of course, I'm not an L2 member (too poor) so I could be misinformed...

L2 has Foreman listed as STS-123, so you are correct :)

In the last image, there's a module in the zenith port of Node 2... I can't read very well the letters printed on it, but I'd assume it's the now cancelled centrifuge module. Why are they putting it into recent documentation? Just for informative purposes, maybe some plan to ressucitate it...?

It says CAM.

They are just using an old figure.

Where will the Orbiter be docked for the installation of the Node? It attaches to PMA2 where the Orbiter is normally docked?

Allow subject to scream. In space no one will hear.

I “think” the shuttle will dock to PMA 3 (i'm sure there's a video on the NASA HSF website which shows this paticular event in the assembly sequence), which is the earth facing port on Node 1. They’ll use the SSRMS to unlatch PMA 2 from Destiny, attach Node 2 then re-attach PMA 2 to the front facing port of Node 2.

I hope that makes sense!

Node 2 will not be installed while the orbiter is present. It will be berthed temporarily to the Unity port CBM. After undocking, PMA-2 will be relocated to the end of Node 2, then the Node 2/PMA-2 assembly will be installed on the Destiny forward CBM.

There are no plans to use PMA-3 for future shuttle dockings.

Also interesting to hear about the array relocation. That's got to be a tricky task.

Not so much for the relocation itself, but the process to first untorque/back off the Z1 connection bolts (after about 7 years) will be the critical step before that happens.

Later this year, ESA astronaut Paolo Nespoli will serve as Mission Specialist on the STS-120 mission to the International Space Station. Together with the rest of the Shuttle crew, Nespoli is training intensively ahead of this complex ISS assembly mission.
