天上将多一颗“河南星”:“中国民权双拥号”卫星9月5日升空
There will be one more "Henan star" in the sky: the "China Civil Rights Double Support" satellite will be launched on September 5
On the morning of September 1, the naming ceremony of the "China Minquan Shuangyong" satellite and the signing ceremony of the "Apocalypse Constellation" satellite IoT industry civil rights base were held in Minquan County, Shangqiu, Henan Province. The satellite will be launched in four days.
It is understood that the Minquan County Government and Beijing Guodian High-Tech Co., Ltd. named the 22 stars of the "Apocalypse Constellation" as "China Minquan Shuangyong". The "one rocket, four satellites" method was launched from an offshore platform. This is also the first satellite named after the county in Minquan County.
At the signing ceremony on the same day, Wang Jingxian, secretary of the Minquan County Party Committee, said that after the "China Minquan Shuangyong" satellite enters orbit, it will realize the Internet of Things based on the Apocalypse constellation satellite, which will be widely used in smart cities, smart agriculture, smart education, smart parking, smart Cultural tourism, smart water conservancy, smart fire protection, smart environmental protection, cold chain logistics, emergency communications, military-civilian integration and other fields.
The entry of "China Minquan Shuangyong" into orbit is also a major achievement in the implementation of Henan Province's implementation of the space-space-ground integrated facility construction project and the promotion of the construction and deployment of the "Henan system" high-medium and low-orbit satellite fusion constellation.
On July 28 this year, the Henan Provincial Government issued the "Henan Province Major New Infrastructure Construction Acceleration Action Plan (2023-2025)". The plan proposes to promote the construction of the "Henan system" high-level and low-orbit satellite fusion constellation. By 2025, the network of 38 satellites will be completed, the Henan sub-center of the National Beidou Navigation Positioning Service Data Center will be established, and the province's 373 satellite navigation and positioning reference stations will be completed. Upgraded and incorporated into the national high-throughput broadband communication satellite and other systems.
Wang Jingxian said that the "China Civil Rights Shuangyong" Tianqi satellite, as the 24th space server with the "Minquan" logo, will become one of the 38 members of the "Apocalypse Constellation" and provide information for application needs in 16 fields of eight major industries around the world. services, vigorously promote the implementation of the new infrastructure business of "satellite communications" and the industrial upgrading and kinetic energy conversion of digital China.
It is understood that "Apocalypse Constellation" is China's first low-orbit Internet of Things constellation. The system consists of 38 low-orbit small satellites. Currently, 17 satellites are in orbit and networked. All deployment will be completed by the end of 2023.
