New NOTAM from Xichang
The a new drop zone, maybe this is for CZ-2C...
The first zone is way too close (just 1 degree in both directions from XSLC) to be for a liquid fuel launcher, not to mention it’s barely 1.5 days after the other Xichang launch. It HAS to be one of the solid fuel launchers, but I am not sure about which one as the 1st zone is closer than either the previous CZ-11 or KZ-1A launches from there. If I were to guess, KZ-1A might be slightly more probable as its drop zones are closer downrange than for the CZ-11, but I am not confident with this ID. Perhaps it’s another launch vehicle which had never been used in Xichang, but which one?

In fact, I dout what it should be, maybe you are right! But this NOTAMs is similar as past CZ-2C.

China's Kuaizhou-1A rocket launches five new satellites
https://english.news.cn/20230814/e3d4f76886be4545bbae70c0ff0afd88/c.htmlXICHANG, Aug. 14 (Xinhua) -- China successfully launched a Kuaizhou-1A carrier rocket to send five new satellites into space from the Xichang Satellite Launch Center in southwest China's Sichuan Province on Monday.
The A to E satellites belonging to the Head-3 micro-satellite constellation were launched at 1:32 p.m. (Beijing Time), and entered the planned orbit successfully.
The satellites will mainly be used for providing commercial remote-sensing services.
The launch was the 27th mission undertaken with Kuaizhou-1A series rockets.
