银河航天预计7月底发射我国首款柔性太阳翼平板堆叠式卫星Yinhe Aerospace expects to launch my country's first flexible solar-wing flat-panel stacked satellite by the end of July
From July 12th to 13th, the Ninth China (International) Commercial Aerospace Summit Forum was held in Wuhan, Hubei. The reporter learned from the forum that Yinhe Aerospace is expected to launch a new generation of stackable flat-panel satellites at the end of July - Yinhe Aerospace Lingxi 03, which will be my country's first flat-panel stacked satellite using flexible solar wings for a new generation of broadband communication satellites Technology in-orbit verification.
Flat-panel satellites, as the name suggests, are satellites shaped like a metal plate. The shape is quite different from common cube satellites and spherical satellites. The main feature is a flat shape, similar to a large laptop. Yinhe Aerospace Lingxi 03 star adopts this flat and open configuration, adopts industrial integrated molding technology and hollow load-bearing structure, this type of configuration is conducive to mass production, shortens manufacturing time, improves production efficiency, and reduces costs.
In the future, multiple flat-panel satellites can be neatly stacked layer by layer inside the rocket fairing, greatly utilizing the space inside the fairing and improving launch efficiency.
Zhang Shijie, Chief Scientist of Yinhe Aerospace, said that in recent years, the satellite Internet represented by the low-orbit giant broadband communication constellation has gradually emerged because of its advantages such as full coverage, high bandwidth, low delay, and low cost, and satellite communication is not affected by the geographical environment. , is becoming a new solution to global network coverage.
Zhang Shijie pointed out that with the accelerated promotion of satellite Internet applications, the satellite Internet will accelerate the deep integration and complementarity with the terrestrial 5G network, provide support for the ubiquitous network demand of the Internet of Everything in the 6G era, and effectively solve the Internet problems of users in remote areas, oceans, and aviation. The service issue is an important support for promoting the development of the digital economy and accelerating the construction of a space-ground integrated network.
He said that the current low-orbit mega-constellation presents a development trend of low-orbit, ultra-large-scale, and low-cost, and they are interconnected and mutually promoted, bringing satellite industrial mass production and manufacturing, low-cost satellite life cycle, popularization of satellite application services, satellite Industrial transformation in the four directions of the new form of operation model.
Zhang Shijie believes that in the future, as more types of satellites are launched into orbit, satellite applications such as direct connection of mobile phones to satellites and integration with industrial fields will continue to enrich, integrating the functions of communication, computing, perception, etc. A modernized network will push human society into the 6G era of global ubiquitous intelligent coverage.
The Yinhe Hangtian 02 x 6 were launched on March 5, 2022 by CZ-2C from Xichang, I guess this Yinhe Hangtian lingxi 03 (银河航天灵犀03星) might be launched on July 26 by CZ-2C from Xichang.

Where does the launch date come from?
Seems to be a projection based on a "3 days, 2 nights" tour to XSLC that starts on the 25th this month (picture 1).
Probably of general reference value only.

Thank you.
@mikezang we already asked not to create threads based on travel agencies information about possible launches. These are seen as pure speculation and will be deleted in the future.
Thank you!

I think it would be good to name the launch site and the presumed launch vehicle on the basis of NOTAM.
Payloads should only be named if there are concrete indications

The NOTAM for CZ-2D.Though CZ-3B, CZ-2C or CZ-11 also have the similar drop zones, but only CZ-2D has two same drop zones.
By the way, the first is not drop zone, but Xichang launch center.

The payload might be Liangxi spaceship.
Doubtful IMHO given the almost completely the same drop zone location as the December 14, 2022 UTC launch you posted in the NOTAMs thread, plus the almost-same-length ~20 minutes notice as that one. YG-36 Group 05 seems a far more likely payload candidate - but I’ll definitely not bet on that too!

I also guessed that might be Yaogao-36 05 but I hope that will be a spaceship.

At 4:02 on July 27, CZ-2D successfully launched the Remote Sensing 36 Satellite
The Long March 2D carrier rocket ignited and took off at the Xichang Satellite Launch Center, and then successfully sent the Remote Sensing 36 Satellite into the predetermined orbit. This launch is the 480th launch of the Long March series of launch vehicles. So far, the Long March series of launch vehicles has set a record of 150 consecutive successful launches. That day coincided with the 70th anniversary of the victory of the Chinese People's Volunteers in resisting U.S. aggression and aiding Korea, and China Aerospace used "success" to commemorate this great victory. The same was true for all 4 previous launches in 2022 that were given the Yaogan 36 name - they all are named as "YG-36" only. We just count them as the 1st group, 2nd group etc. to identify each of these so consider that as an "unofficial name".
