The payloads might be S7/S8.

Do you have a source fore this?
Apparently liftoff has occurred. Not sure if the picture is from today:
龙江三号试验卫星发射成功
At 10:35 today, the Kuaizhou-1A solid carrier rocket was ignited and lifted off at the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center, sending my country's first flat-panel new system communication test satellite "Longjiang-3" to the It entered the predetermined orbit, and the launch mission was a complete success. This mission is the 20th launch of the Kuaizhou-1A solid carrier rocket.
The payload is Longjiang-3 (龙江三号).
Apparently the satellite bus is this SATware-CS200:

At least mystery solved regarding the payload carried to orbit by today's Kuaizhou-1A launch, given that you earlier considered the Weli Kongjian Yihao Xitong (微厘空间一号系统) to be the possible payload.
