Do you have any source?

No, this is an educated guess based off two things
1. The drop zones are in similar positions to the previous Tianhui-2 launch
2. The launch time is around the same time of day as the previous missions (Group 01 launched at 22:52 UTC and Group 02 launched at 22:32 UTC)
Launches Seen: Atlas V OA-7, Falcon 9 Starlink 6-4, Falcon 9 CRS-28,

The Tianhui (“Sky-Drawing”) series of satellites seems to be holding true as cartography related, although given lack of specifications they are at least quasi-classified.

Mission logo…I wonder if the dolphins means the satellites ocean-mapping related? Hare is likely for the Year of the Hare.

Also the CZ-4 series now gets a program logo.

TAIYUAN, March 10 (Xinhua) -- China successfully launched the Tianhui-6 twin satellites at 6:41 a.m. on Friday from the Taiyuan Satellite Launch Center in northern China's Shanxi Province.

The twin satellites, Tianhui-6 A and Tianhui-6 B, on board a Long March-4C carrier rocket, have entered the planned orbit.

The satellites will be used for geographic mapping, land resource survey, scientific experiments and other missions.

It was the 465th mission for the Long March series of carrier rockets.
