Check out this animation released by CASC. The new sea launch vessel will support multiple launches in one sail, able to store 1 in hanger while another is at the launch position at the stern of the ship. A command ship, usually BEI HAI JIU, is accompanying to support the mission

It's less than 6km from the Smart Dragon manufacturing facility to Haiyang port which takes only 2 hours for the TEL to commute. The TEL is able to drive straight onto the launch vessel. The ship can then sail to the vast sea for launch.
