全力以赴保发射go all out to secure the launch
Based on the experience of the 4 completed maritime launches, actively connect with the model team and launch brigade, coordinate with the military, meteorological, maritime, public security and other departments, solidify the maritime launch service guarantee process, and lay a solid foundation for normalized maritime launch capabilities. We will make every effort to ensure and serve launch missions such as the first flight of Jielong 3 at the end of November and the first sea launch of Ceres at the end of December. Accelerate the construction of rocket launchers. All 67 sub-sections will start construction before the Spring Festival, 70% of the progress of closing, and 80% of equipment procurement. The construction contract for the semi-fixed launch platform was signed before the Spring Festival.
The 1st Gushenxing-1H will be launched in end of December 2022 from Yellow Sea!

On November 13, 2022, Changguang Satellite Technology Co., Ltd. held the Meishan "Tianfu Constellation" Dongpo 08~10 stars, "Daoda Constellation" Tianluo and Tianxin, and "Jilin-1" in Changchun Aerospace Information Industrial Park. The expedition ceremony of 8 satellites including the Gaofen 03D47 star, the Jilin-1 Gaofen 03D50 star, and the Jilin-1 platform 01A01 star. Leaders and employee representatives of the company and cooperative units participated in the activity.
Meishan "Tianfu Constellation" Dongpo 08~10 stars ("Jilin No. 1" high score 03D44~46 stars), "Daoda Constellation" Tianluo and Tianxin ("Jilin No. 1" high score 03D48~49 stars) It is a light and small high-resolution optical remote sensing satellite jointly developed by Changguang Satellite Technology Co., Ltd., Meishan Huantian Smart Technology Co., Ltd., and Beijing Daoda Sky Technology Co., Ltd. respectively. The "Jilin-1" Gaofen-03 series of satellites is an important achievement of the company's practice of the mass production concept. It has the characteristics of low cost, low power consumption, low weight and high indicators.
The "Jilin No. 1" platform 01A01 is a flexible satellite platform independently developed by Changguang Satellite Technology Co., Ltd. according to the design concept of CubeSat. The satellite can perform flexible stand-alone transformation according to the integration requirements of different loads. Strong capability, light weight and low cost. The "Jilin-1" platform 01A satellite is positioned on a 20kg-class multi-functional operational satellite platform, which supports long-term three-axis ground-to-ground operation of the payload, and can be adapted to various payloads such as remote sensing, communication, and navigation. The reliability advantages, as well as the low cost and rapid development advantages of CubeSats.
The eight satellites on this expedition will be launched in the near future in the Yellow Sea. After the successful launch, they will form a network with the 70 "Jilin-1" satellites in orbit, which can be used for agriculture, forestry, ocean, resources, environmental protection, meteorology, Provide a wealth of remote sensing data and product services in the fields of urban construction and scientific experiments.

Thanks. According to a
February 24, 2023 article in the China Daily, the first launch of the Gushenxing-1 is scheduled for launch this summer:
Galactic Energy, a private space company in Beijing, plans to launch one of its own rockets from the sea in the coming summer, which, if it succeeds, will become the first sea-based launch by the country's private sector.
Xia Dongkun, a vice-president at Galactic Energy, said on Thursday that the prospective launch has been scheduled to take place in the Yellow Sea off the coast of Shandong province sometime between June and August.
It'll be interesting to see if the Gushenxing-1 launch from the Yellow Sea happens in July or August.

出征!西安航投“秦岭小卫星星座”四颗卫星即将奔赴太空Go! Xi'an Aviation Investment "Qinling Small Satellite Constellation" four satellites are about to go to space
On July 19, 2023, Xi'an Aviation Investment Interstellar Cloud Network Co., Ltd. organized a factory review meeting for the four satellites of the "Qinling Small Satellite Constellation". At the meeting, the project team reported the development and quality summary report of the four satellites.
The four satellites launched this time have the characteristics of low weight and low power consumption. They operate in a 530km sun-synchronous orbit and are equipped with light and small optical cameras. They are mainly used in the fields of environmental protection and ecological construction in the Qinling Mountains, land resource management, and agricultural production safety.
In the next step, the four satellites will set off for the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Base, and will be carried to space on the "Ceres-1" remote 7 carrier rocket in the near future.
The 4 x Qinling Xiaoweixing (秦岭小卫星星座) will be launched by Gushenxing-1 Y7 from Jiuquan.

The payloads for the forthcoming Ceres-1 launch on August 25 are almost certainly four Qinling Xiaoweixing satellites:
https://mp.weixin.qq.com/s/5ZHE8JRZbOGcUO6khLmg2Q
How did you reach that conclusion? The article explicitly mentions the Ceres-1 Y7 vehicle that lifted off on 10 August, and the owner of the Qinling Xiaoweixing satellites is Xi'an Aerospace, the same of the four Hangtou satellites launched on that occasion. If anything, this supports Steven's guess.
