They want to make sure that the array blankets are lined up properly before they are stored in the blanket boxes, they do not want any binding or floping actions while storing them.

45 minutes left of sunlight in this day pass and 50 minutes left of TDRS West KU coverage, hope to see these arrays locked in their boxes by the end of this KU Pass (7:13 PM EST, 12:13 AM GMT)!

ISS Ku audio is crystal clear, shows the evolution of the system from that on the Orbiter

Steve Robinson who flew on STS-114 is the station CAPCOM for Orbit 2, he is the one you are hearing making the calls.
