100% is a must on both the 4B and 2B SAWs.

I believe that's what ISS program management has said.

Yeah, it absolutely is. Or so they're saying. But no matter, they'll get that thing retracted.

Yes both arrays must be retracted and locked in their blanket boxes before the P6 arrays can be moved to the end of P5 during STS-120. If the arrays are still extended, there are concerns that the masts could bend and break as the SSRMS moves the P6 to be installed beside P5.
