Beamer asking for comments and IV crew thinks still more work to get the forward side looking as good as aft side.

Just saw it!!!! The ISS passed right over us here on the US east coast. I dressed my little 3 year old, and we stepped outside and it was directly overhead- as bright as can be and really moving! Man it is amazing to think those two guys are outside hanging onto that station doing EVA as we watched. My daughter shouted "There it is daddy- I see it! Look at it go!" We're right by the bay so we have few lights around- they sky was clear and the sun has just set- perfect conditions! WOW!

IV wants to set "the sequence for the sequence" started...Houston is giving clearance for that and for shaking and manual clearing as necessary.  Sounds like they are seeing/feeling the time limits...

Good motion...retracting for longer these two times...abort.  Beamer says a little out of plane, but watching the wave motions...

IV crew thinks it would be good to pre-emptively space out both the blankets again...EV crew agrees...starting into that work positioning Beamer.

They did two retractions from six bays out, but don't know how far each of the retractions was...approaching 4 hours into the EVA.

Next day pass begins at 6:17 PM EST (11:17 PM GMT), next KU pass for shuttle with TDRS West should begin around 6:23 PM EST (11:23 PM GMT) so I hope we have some good KU TV then.

PAO estimates we're at four bays...plan to retract to one bay and then if good, all the way.

That's the big picture plan...probably not going straight from here to one bay...commander "orders" Beamer to make the other blanket look like the one he just finished. :)

Is this conceivably enough that, assuming they get the other arrays retracted on 13A, they could just move it as-is to the end of the port truss? Is 100% retraction an absolute must to enable P6 to be moved?
