Going up against several other startups, but having an integrated factory+return capsule service has merits.

From the video though, for a split second I thought, not ANOTHER air launch startup...  ;D

Same business as Varda who are using RL Photon for their bus.

Looks like inspace manufacturing is almost here. Both companies must have customers and production technologies that justify costcof returned product. Production costs will only fall as launch costs come down thanks to all the RLVs in development.

The engine configuration and shape of the engine nozzles looks very similar to the Saturn V S-IC!

Good interview by Angry Astronaut. If owners are to be believed demand for in space manufacturing would keep launch industry working flatout. Them and their competitors think there are lots of products that can easily justify $10,000s per kg costs of in space manufacturing. More materials will also be found once access becomes easier and quicker.
Big plus of these small dedicated manufacturing satellites compared to accessing ISS is launch on demand, no safety issues or vibrations to worry about its unmanned. Can be exposed to vacuum of space which is must for lot of processes.
