Yaogan 35-04 was launched on 19 August. Perhaps the title should be Yaogan 35-05?

More Yaogan-35? Of the 5 Yaogan-35 mission patches, 3 can be joined, but it seems at least one, at the lower left, is missing to make an ocean-wave pyramid.
