• The third stage (PS3) I estimate to be in a -530 x 650 km x 17 deg orbit, with impact around 0427 UTC in the Pacific near 120W 15S.
  The PS4 stage makes quite a big inclination change to 6 deg, and then for burns 2 and 3 back up to 9.6 deg.

• ISRO Director wrapping up. POEM 3 being lowered to 350 km so as to not create orbital debris. Experiments should be completed in about a month. 2024 year of Gaganyaan. Two more test vehicle flights. PSLV, GSLV and SSLV missions.

  According to an announcement after satellite separation, the first burn takes place during non-visibility period and second burn during a visible period. The non-visibility period is about 4500 s (75 minutes).
