Here's an NGA Rocket Launching notice that I presume is for this launch. It only runs through April 15, whereas the Space Debris notice runs through April 17.

Maps from the NGA notices. Fairing splashdown some 500km downrange.

In the first message there are two mentions of FACSAT-2.

...
Exolaunch (21 satellites, 16 cubesat, 5 microsat)
...
FACSAT-2 (6U, Colombian Air Force, GomSpace bus)
...
   GomSpace (FACSAT-2?)
...

Is this because a second satellite built by GomSpace (or using its bus) is expected/suspected?

It's because Exolaunch said GomSpace has a satellite on board, and I'm guessing that refers to FACSAT-2, but I'm not 100% sure that's what they meant.  Their press release was a little vague.

PLEIADES YEARLING in the Celestrak manifest is likely "Bronco Space at Cal Poly Pomona" in the top post. It's likely a backup copy of PROVES-YEARLING launched on Transporter-6. Launcher Orbiter SN1 failed to deploy it.

Here is a filing made by a Stanford student which explains that Pleiades Yearling was an umbrella term for a satellite mission and a ground station/satellite relay project. Since neither Bronco Space nor Stanford Student Space Initiative list PLEIADES YEARLING satellite I'm pretty sure it's just a copy of PROVES-YEARLING.

That's what I was thinking too.  Now I'm trying to figure out what "ITS ABOUT TIME" (maybe CACI?) and "LS3C" are.  Also if the expected "OMNI-LER1", CACI demo, and "Wyvern-1" made it on the flight, and under what names if so.  Having a list from D-Orbit would help.

Yep, ABOUT TIME and LS3C are stumping me too! I like your CACI suggestion for the former.

EDIT:   Ooh, LS3C is likely a LacunaSpace/Nanoavionics  Lacuna-Sat 3C ?   I have no evidence for this except that
the abbreviation fits...

I agree all that fits.  Would be nice if Lacuna actually mentioned launching another satellite.
Edit: If ITS ABOUT TIME is CACI and the other expected cubesats are aboard ION that would work out perfectly.  Of course the Transporter manifests don't tend to work out perfectly.

Lacuna mentioned on a conference in 2019 planning to launch a satellite called LacunaSat-2c (with the same payload as LacunaSat 2b) on an Indian launch vehicle in 2020, but i have found no reference to a LacunaSat-3c so far.

SpaceX is targeting no earlier than Tuesday, April 11 at 11:48 p.m. PT (06:48 UTC on April 12) for Falcon 9’s launch of the Transporter-7 mission to low-Earth orbit from Space Launch Complex 4E (SLC-4E) at Vandenberg Space Force Base in California.

The first stage booster supporting this mission previously launched Sentinel-6 Michael Freilich, DART, and seven Starlink missions. Following stage separation, Falcon 9 will land on Landing Zone 4 (LZ-4) at Vandenberg Space Force Base.

Transporter-7 is SpaceX’s seventh dedicated smallsat rideshare mission. There will be 50 payloads on this flight, including CubeSats, MicroSats, hosted payloads, and orbital transfer vehicles carrying spacecraft to be deployed at a later time.

A live webcast of this mission will begin about 10 minutes prior to liftoff.

Hard to believe SpaceX will provide a continous webcast for two and a half hours?  Spacex will probably provide just us just Twitter updates.
