https://www.albaorbital.com/mrc100-launchAlba Orbital, the PocketQube satellite pioneers, today announced it has signed another rideshare agreement with the Radio Club (MRC) of the Technical University of Budapest (BME), Hungary’s oldest radio club founded in 1924, to deploy a pico-satellite dedicated to monitoring ‘electrosmog pollution’ on-orbit in Q2 2023.
Named in honour of the university’s radio club (Műegyetemi Rádió Club) 100th annivesary in 2024, the MRC-100 satellite is manifested to fly on board Alba Orbital’s ‘Cluster 7’ PocketQube rideshare mission, launching via SpaceX’s Falcon 9 in Q2 2023. MRC-100 will be deployed in a Low Earth Orbit (LEO) using Alba Orbital’s flight-proven AlbaPod deployer, which successfully achieved space heritage on Rocket Lab’s 2019 ‘Running out of fingers’ mission and more recently, SpaceX’s ‘Transporter-3’ launch in January 2022.
MRC-100 is a novel 3p PocketQube platform, and is the latest iteration of BME’s spectrum monitoring ‘SMOG’ pico-satellites, developed as part of an academic programme by BME students and lecturers. A continuation of the SMOG-P and SMOG-1 missions, MRC-100’s primary mission is dedicated to the measurement of electromagnetic pollution generated by human activity in space around the earth - this radiation is also known as ‘electrosmog’ from which the satellite’s namesake originated.

We are incredibly grateful that our current partners and customers are continuing to join us on our next flight. With higher confidence from these hard-learned lessons and improvements, we will be back in space this year with Orbiter SN3 in June 2023 (SpaceX Transporter-8) and again in October 2023 (SpaceX Transporter-9).
Orbiter is not flying on this one.

Momentus Space LLC (“Momentus”), through its counsel, submits this letter supplementing its February
3, 2023 letter to the International Bureau (“Bureau”) regarding the Vigoride-6 (“VR-6”) mission.1
Momentus affirms that there are 7 customer payloads, as indicated in the revised Exhibit 5.2 However,
one of the payloads, SMPOD03, is a deployer (as stated in the description in the exhibit). That object is
bolted onto VR-6 and does not separate from the spacecraft. Additionally, Momentus clarifies its
CONOPS, as follows, to specify the orbits in which each customer payload is deployed and to reflect that
VR-6 returns to its second (operational) orbit prior to conducting the 90-degree phase change maneuvers:
1. Launch vehicle arrives at insertion orbit (maximum 520 km altitude circular sun-synchronous orbit
(“SSO”)).
2. VR-6 separates from launch vehicle.
3. VR-6 undergoes commissioning and preliminary testing.
4. VR-6 deploys the following payloads at the insertion orbit: DISCO-1, IRIS-C, VIREO, and REVELA.
5. VR-6 conducts orbit maneuvers to its second (operational) orbit (495 km circular SSO).
6. VR-6 deploys the remaining customers: NASA LLITED (x2).
7. VR-6 conducts LTAN change maneuvers.
8. VR-6 conducts orbit maneuvers to return to the second (operational) orbit.
9. VR-6 conducts 90-degree phase change maneuvers.
10. VR-6 deploys a demonstration solar array and conducts testing.
11. VR-6 relocates to end-of-life orbit (380 km x 350 km elliptical).

The proposed goal of the CIRBE mission is to provide state-of-the-art measurements of .3-3.5 MeV electrons (and 6-35 MeV protons) in the Earth’s radiation belt in a highly inclined Low Earth Orbit.

The conops slide at that link above suggests that CIRBE would fly in the continuously sunlit orbit above the terminator.
Do we know the equator crossing time of the initial orbit for this Transporter launch?
