Yep, there's a pic at that second link with a nameplate during integration, it is SPACEGUS
Edit: ROMEO-AND-LEO is the 3U for Spire's constellation. Now we need to find the other 6U.

EDIT:   Ooh, LS3C is likely a LacunaSpace/Nanoavionics  Lacuna-Sat 3C ?   I have no evidence for this except that
the abbreviation fits...

I agree all that fits.  Would be nice if Lacuna actually mentioned launching another satellite.
...
Would this be the LS2f on SpaceX's published timeline, and also the second CubeSat NanoAvionics mentioned in a tweet? A 3U one for IoT?

The Wyvern sat is on board and apparently the name is EPICHyper-1

https://twitter.com/aacclydespace/status/1645469853262676002?s=46&t=pAt6mU-ZEIga6nLkUnMwYw

To make it more complicated: EPICHyper-1 is apparently the name AAC Clyde Space uses. Wyvern calls the satellite Dragonette-001

Barcelona, March 30th, 2023.- Sateliot, the first company to operate a low-Earth orbit (LEO) nanosatellite constellation with 5G-IoT standard coverage, will launch the first-ever satellite under 3GPP 5G NB-IoT NTN Release 17 standard into space this April.
...
Design, manufacture and joint operations have been carried out by Endurosat, European satellite manufacturer and nanosatellite operator. The heart of the satellite was manufactured by Spanish company Alén Space, while software development was coded by Danish company GateHouse. The launch will be operated by SpaceX aboard a Falcon 9 at the Vandenberg Space Force Base in California, USA.

They will also livestream the event. Link to the livestream on the webpage I linked above.

I do not see that name listed on the SpaceX timeline.  Does it go by another name there?

It seems to be about ION, so not one of the payloads listed on the SpaceX timeline.

Good point.  It is listed with ION in your first post in this thread.

To be clear I put it there because there really isn't any other place for it to be.  The only ones carrying stuff off the launch vehicle are Momentus and D-Orbit, and Momentus has an FCC filing with a list of their payloads.  D-Orbit doesn't do pre-launch press releases anymore, so you have to hope the customers say who they're launching with or just work it out.
