Per interviews at CCTV the plan is for a very quick rendezvous & docking profile to the CSS as early as 2 hours (!) after launch, w/ 3 & 6.5 hours profiles available depending on orbit insertion accuracy.
This is also the 1st Tianzhou mission w/ manual docking back-up available. -

Cargo upmass for this launch is given as >5 tonnes, more than any Dragon/Cygnus missions (~3 tonnes for Dragon recently, ~3.7 for Cygnus) but a bit less than the old ATV/HTV flights.
