Thanks to NSF member tehwkd, here are the comparison of the 1st stage drop zone (orange) with the ones for YG-34 (green) and Haiyang-2D (red) last year. This, plus the observation that the launch time coincides with the orbital plane of YG-31 Group 03 triplet, seems to indicate this launch as for YG-34-02.

At 15:09 on March 17, the Long March 4C carrier rocket ignited and took off at the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center. The Long March 4C carrier rocket and the Remote Sensing 34-02 satellite were both developed by the China Aerospace Eighth Academy . This launch is the 411th launch of the Long March series of carrier rockets.

JIUQUAN, March 17 (Xinhua) -- China successfully sent a new remote sensing satellite of the Yaogan-34 series into space from the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center in northwest China at 3:09 p.m. on Thursday (Beijing Time).
The Yaogan-34 02 satellite was carried by a Long March-4C rocket and successfully entered its planned orbit.
