The launching is original on December 15 from Jiuquan, I guess the original plan was launched by 2nd Kuaizhou-1A from Jiuquan on December 15, then moved to December 17, at last canceled as 1st Kuaizhou-1A failed, now it moved to Taiyuan.

【火腿快新闻】我国业余无线电卫星XW-3 (CAS-9) 将于12月25日发射[Ham Express News] my country's amateur radio satellite XW-3 (CAS-9) will be launched on December 25
2021-12-21 13:18:28 Source: Amateur Radio
The CAMSAT XW-3 (CAS-9) cube satellite carrying the 145/435MHz amateur radio linear transponder has been installed on the CZ-4C Y39 carrier rocket of the Taiyuan Satellite Launch Center and is expected to be launched on December 25.
The main payload is the ZY-1 (02E) satellite, and the XW-3 (CAS-9) satellite will be carried on the main payload. The orbit of the satellite is a circular sun-synchronous orbit, with an altitude of 770.1 kilometers, an inclination angle of 98.58 degrees, and an operating period of 100.14 minutes.
After the satellite completes the on-orbit test and works normally, the camera photo download function on the satellite will be open to amateur radio enthusiasts around the world. When the satellite receives the relevant remote control command, it will use the GMSK telemetry channel to download the photo storage information and photo data, and then the telemetry data will stop sending.
The XW-3 (CAS-9) satellite adopts a 6U CubeSat structure with a mass of about 10kg. It uses a 340.5x121.76x998mm onorbit envelope size with four solar panels and a three-axis stable attitude control system. The frequency is up to 145.870MHz. , 435.180MHz downstream.
The functions of the XW-3 (CAS-9) satellite include ultra-high frequency continuous wave telemetry beacon, GMSK telemetry data transmission, V/U mode linear transponder, visible light band space camera and high school student experimental thermoelectric generator.

Contrary to the name of the '5 meters satellite #02', the main camera panchromatic resolution is 2.5 meters (and 10 meters in 8 narrow color bands) in the 115 km width strip.
The long wave infrared camera has resolution of 16 meters in the same strip width.
Both are from the 508th institute aka BISME.
