I have searched everywhere for a copy of this film to either buy or just merely stream. I would prefer to buy a copy.

LOL, good luck with that.
CNN bought full rights and they put it in the "copyright law search list". It means that it will be legally available when they will find it to be most profitable, and passive streaming (in documentary channels/collections) will be delayed as much as possible.
Why do you want it anyway? It is a typical modern "mocumentary" on real subj.
