Reviewing the two published NOTAMs and keeping in mind that most of the time when two NOTAMS come out for the same Chinese launch it is for a three-stage rocket, I would think the candidate would be a CZ-4B.

If I had to bet on a payload, I'd say it would be the Gaofen-11 03, which already has an earlier thread.

A Long March-6 launch vehicle launched the SDGSAT-1 satellite from the Taiyuan Satellite Launch Center, Shanxi Province, China, on 5 November 2021, at 02:19 UTC (10:19 local time). SDGSAT-1 (Sustainable Development Science Satellite 1, also known as 广目地球科学卫星, Guangmu Earth Science Satellite, CASEarth) has three payloads of thermal infrared, low light level and multispectral imager, with 300 km wide data acquisition capability. It can achieve global coverage within 11 days. The satellite aims to detect parameters representing the interaction between human activities and the Earth environment.

The launch mission obtained a complete success. As the world's first scientific satellite dedicated to serving the United Nations 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, this satellite provides important data support for sustainable development indicators that characterize the interaction between man and nature.

What does a Guangmu-1 satellite do?

The word literally means “wide-sighted”, IMHO probably referring to its 300 km wide imaging swath.
