The money would be better spent on new technology telescopes; both ground and space based.Sadly; if Hubble has a major malfunction again, that's probably all she wrote. It's over...

Modifying Crew Dragon for EVA would probably be faster and cheaper than procuring and flying an additional Orion.SpaceX has already done significant modifications to Dragon for certain missions, like adding the cupola for Inspiration4.
