Dragon 2 mission to Hubble?

standard disclaimer...not sure if this the right place to post!
While it would not surprise me if this has been asked, I did not go looking.

In short, avoiding all other talking points, it a repair mission to Hubble feasible?

Grapple/docking feature tucked in under the nosecone cap...

Plenty of room in the trunk for equipment and tools...

I'm not even sure Dragon 2 has enough gas to conduct a rendezvous with Hubble. It sounds like they were really pushing their margins with Inspiration4, and I'm sure an added rendezvous in there would be even more fuel hungry.

Hubble is in lower inclination than ISS and Inspiration 4

Can Dragon go vacuum and still work fine (thinking heating etc). What EVA suit will they wear and can it even fit through the hatch?

In other words  it’s much more basic than just the vehicle getting there.

Never going to happen. Dragon would need an expensive redesign to conduct EVAs. This is a non-starter. Currently; only Orion is configured to do EVAs. But the cost of an Orion/SLS combo would be prohibitively high to conduct a servicing mission. Also; there are literally no spare parts for Hubble to go up and fit and no money to build any for the telescope which is essentially a 40 year old design. The money would be better spent on new technology telescopes; both ground and space based.

Sadly; if Hubble has a major malfunction again, that's probably all she wrote. It's over... :(

Modifying Crew Dragon for EVA would probably be faster and cheaper than procuring and flying an additional Orion.

SpaceX has already done significant modifications to Dragon for certain missions, like adding the cupola for Inspiration4.

I got to be in the no way in current form group.

First issue is the EVA suits themselfs.  They are huge and I do not think they even fit through Dragon 2's hatch while being worn.  Someone can correct me if I am wrong on that.

Second issue is their is no airlock on Dragon so either you would have to decompress Dragon to EVA and everyone in Dragon would have to have suits on for the EVA

Third issue is there is no "arm" to grab Hubble or for the EVAer to ride...which means they would also need the SAFER suit option too (even bigger to get through the hatch while on).

If Dragon was to be used for EVA service to Hubble, A second module launched that had a docking port, EVA suits, and airlock would have to be launched to the Hubble orbit, Dragon then launches and docks with it, and then Dragon does some course corrections to get the stack to Hubble.  The module would then have to have an arm to grab Hubble or for the EVAer to ride to Hubble.

Could it be done...sure...but Dragon by itself is just not designed to do those type of missions without extra things needed/required.
