  That's why I think that the FOBS test was launched on CZ-2C from the ZL-7 in Taiyuan. Thanks to Sentinel, we can see some changes on the launch pad between August 26 and 28.

  The one from the 24th August launch wasn't catalogued, but it apparently survived three orbits with a perigee around 100 km before decaying over Africa.  Seem to recall you discussing this.
