The launch was postponed at the request of the customer for additional work on the ground control and monitoring system for spacecraft.

The launch vehicle, booster and spacecraft are in a stable and safe state. The launch complex is restored to its original state.

At present, a joint crew of specialists from the State Corporation Roscosmos is starting operations to refuel the rocket with propellant components. After that, the final operations will begin at the launch complex of the Vostok site No. 31, the undocking of the mobile filling units from the filling stations and electric dispensers and the evacuation of personnel from the zero mark.

This will be the first launch of OneWeb spacecraft from the Baikonur cosmodrome in 2021, it should bring the number of satellites of the British company in near-earth orbit to 288. The work is being carried out under a contract between Glavkosmos (part of the Roscosmos State Corporation) with Arianespace and Starsem.

Didn't the Fregat have to fire to get the stage with all the satellites into an intermediate orbit. Now also Roscosmos closed their broadcast.
